The 50 m2 furnished terrace is located on the second floor, an ideal space to spend some pleasant moments accompanied by your family. Take the opportunity to sunbathe on the sun loungers or enjoy a good breakfast with views of the fishing port. You can also prepare delicious dishes outdoors on the barbecue at your disposal.

The interiors of the accommodation are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds each, a bathroom with a shower and a small interior patio to give light to the entrance of the house and one of the bedrooms.

On the first floor are the common areas, a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living-dining room area is very bright and has access to a small 3 m2 balcony. The vitro kitchen, open to the living-dining room, has everything you need to cook comfortably. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The common areas and bedrooms are heated with air conditioning. We will provide you with a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with a baby.

The Porto Colom area is a beautiful tourist area in the east of Mallorca. It has a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves very close by that preserve the traditional fishing atmosphere of this part of the island of Mallorca. Its bay still has llaütets (typical Majorcan boat) and trawlers that go out to sea every morning.

If what you like are sports such as golf, canoeing or cycling, you are in an ideal area, since you can rent canoes and bicycles in the center of Porto Colom. For golf lovers, the Vall d'Or golf course in the town of s'Horta is very close. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
