The exteriors are wonderful. A large expanse of green lawn, which surrounds the entire house and the pool, makes it the perfect place to sit or lie down in the sun while reading a book or listening to some music. Although they also have up to 4 sun loungers around the pool for this purpose. This is chlorine, it is 8 m long x 4 m wide, a depth of 1.10 m to 2 m and an outdoor shower. Under the porch, which can be closed, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue so you can all eat together and spend the afternoon while the little ones in the family play on the swings. Additionally, in front of the entrance of the house they have a covered terrace with a long awning to have a quiet tea or coffee.
The house, on one floor, is equipped with oil central heating. Inside, which can be accessed from different places, you will find a dining room with large glass windows to marvel at the views of the garden, the pool and the mountains. This leads to the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to watch television. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a table with chairs. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, have a fan at their disposal. A second bathroom with a whirlpool tub serves the entire home. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The property is located 3.5 km from Arenal Beach, where they have various shops and restaurants to enjoy their terraces with beautiful views and water sports. Nearby there are some viewpoints that you can visit from Cala Blanca, Portitxol or Cap Negre. It is also recommended to take a long walk through the old town of XÃ bia with its Medieval layout and its food market.

The fireplace cannot be used. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. Het zwembad is fantastisch! We hebben uren in het water doorgebracht en de ligstoelen waren erg comfortabel, ideaal om te zonnen.
De airconditioning in de hoofdslaapkamer was een uitkomst tijdens de warme dagen, ik heb geslapen als een baby!
We waardeerden de centrale verwarming, vooral op koelere avonden. Het huis voelde knus en aangenaam aan.
De barbecue op de veranda was een hoogtepunt, we hebben een heerlijke avond gehad met grillen terwijl de kinderen in het park speelden,
De accommodatie heeft een prachtige buitenruimte! Ik heb heerlijk bij het zwembad gelegen en genoten van het prachtige groene gazon. Perfect voor een ontspannen middag.
Ik vond het fijn dat het huis meerdere ingangen had, waardoor het voor onze groep heel gemakkelijk was om te komen en gaan,
Geweldige locatie! Op korte rijafstand van het strand en vlakbij de pittoreske oude binnenstad van Xàbia. We hebben genoten van het verkennen van de smalle straatjes,
De verticale luifelramen op de veranda boden geweldige schaduw toen we dat nodig hadden, perfect voor warme middagen,
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het bezoeken van de nabijgelegen uitkijkpunten. De uitzichten waren adembenemend en de korte rit waard.
