The cozy porch and the attached terrace of this beautiful house, in a coastal urbanization, invite you to relax. Under the porch they have a table with outdoor chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning or enjoy a delicious meal or a pleasant evening. Next, the small terrace with two sun loungers is the perfect place for reading or sunbathing, even feeling the sea breeze. In fact, once the heat hits, they have an outdoor shower or, best of all, the beach just steps away!
Inside, you are welcomed by a large living room with two spaces, one to sit down to chat or perhaps have a coffee, and the other with a comfortable chaise-longue sofa to lie down and watch TV-SAT. You then enter the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a gas stove and everything you need to cook. Right here you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with A/C, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed and wardrobe. Finally, there are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.
The location is absolutely privileged if you are looking for a combination of being within the town - with all the necessary services within reach -, tranquility and the beach, as Son Serra de Marina is characterized by being a very family-friendly coastal urbanization. Its beach, made of sand and rock, is located just 550 meters from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De ligging was goed met een korte afstand tot de supermarkt, restaurants en strand, prima met wasmachine en vaatwasser, prima dat er veel handdoeken in de kast lagen! Gezellig en fijn met airco die wij 's nachts aan hadden staan,
Een uiterst schoon, goed onderhouden en stijlvol ingericht vakantiehuis. Wij hebben niets gemist! Alles was vlekkeloos! Eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk, we werden begroet met een grote fruitmand en water en bier waren ook verkrijgbaar in de koelkast,
Het was netjes, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, Het was fijn dat de koelkast een beetje gevuld was om je te verwelkomen, vooral als je midden in de nacht aankomt, De zee was niet ver weg en die kon je vanuit de accommodatie zien, Het was ook gemakkelijk dat er babybedjes aanwezig waren,
