The exterior of the house is a true paradise for lovers of nature and the outdoors. The large chlorine pool measuring 10 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a depth that varies between 0.60 and 1.55 meters, is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Around the pool there are 6 hammocks where you can relax under the warm sun. The furnished porch creates an outdoor space that, together with the barbecue, is ideal for enjoying delicious meals outdoors.

Entering the bright interior of the house distributed over two floors, you will find the space shared by the living room and dining room. With a fireplace and a Smart TV next to the sofa and two armchairs, it becomes an ideal space to relax throughout the afternoon with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious homemade meals to eat together in the dining room. On this ground floor there are two of the three bedrooms in the house, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden. To complete this floor, they have a second bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs you will find a second living room with a sofa and the third bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, if you are traveling with a baby you will have a crib and high chair. For your comfort during your stay you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Cala Bona is a charming coastal town that offers a perfect combination of tranquility and activities. Cala Bona beach is just 1.1 km away, ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. For golf fans, the Son Servera Golf Club is just 4.4 km away. The town of Cala Millor is very close and there you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious local cuisine. You will also find an extensive promenade with numerous shops where you can take pleasant walks with the sea breeze. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
