The exteriors of this beautiful property are surrounded by pure nature, which makes them the ideal place for a few well-deserved days of relaxation. They include a fantastic private chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 5 m and 0.7 to 2.1 m deep. Next to it there are 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun or relax. Going down a couple of steps, you will find a wonderful porch where you can enjoy a good barbecue. They also have a ping pong table for afternoon entertainment. The plot is fenced and enjoys absolute privacy.

The house, with two floors, welcomes you with a beautiful living room, equipped with TV-SAT and CD and open to the kitchen-dining room, where you can cook your best recipes on the gas stove and organize a good banquet. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This main floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs you have another bathroom with a bathtub and the three bedrooms, all with a closet and fan. One offers a large bed, another two single beds and the last a single bed. A cot and a high chair are available.

The villa is located just 2.2 km from Campanet, a very beautiful town at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The town offers everything you need in the center such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores and much more. It also becomes a good starting point for excursions or going to the beach. The closest is Puerto de Alcúdia, located 22 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
