The exteriors of the house are spectacular, ideal for relaxing on sunny days. It has a terrace with all kinds of amenities such as sofa and armchairs. The house is surrounded by vegetation and mountains, a perfect place for children to go out and play freely, or for them to take a walk between nature and the countryside. There is a terrace area with no less than ten hammocks and a large parasol that complement a beautiful 4.5m x 12m infinity pool that adorns the house, where you can sunbathe and swim peacefully. The pool is made of salt and the depth varies between 1m and 2.2m. It is worth mentioning that there are no neighbors and privacy is total. The plot is fenced.
The large living room of this quiet house has air conditioning, central heating, TV, wood stove and two comfortable sofas where everyone can sit and share good times. The dining area, open to the living room, has a beautiful wooden table to enjoy meals with family or friends. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems, including a gas stove and oven. The house also has a well-equipped separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
This house in the middle of nature has five rooms. One of the two on the ground floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has two single beds. The separate bathroom downstairs has a shower. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all with two single beds. Two of them have a closet. One of the rooms with two separate beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The separate bathroom upstairs offers a bathtub and bidet.
Artà is a very beautiful town where you will find everything you may need during your stay. In the area you will find several golf courses. It is close to a wide variety of coves and beaches. Driving about 15 minutes, you reach Cala Torta, Font Salada, or es Caló, extraordinary beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters. Additionally, you can visit the Artà Caves, the coastal town of Cala Ratjada and the Capdepera castle. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij aankomst. De kamers waren schoon en ruim genoeg voor onze groep. Ook het inchecken verliep vlot.
De zonsondergangen vanaf deze plek zijn werkelijk adembenemend, ik wil hier absoluut snel weer terugkomen.
De woning was ruim en rustig, perfect voor mijn werk. Ik vond de veranda heerlijk om te ontspannen.
Vanaf de eerste dag voelde ik me ontspannen, gewoon door in de zon op de veranda te zitten, wat fantastisch was.
Infinity-zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht!
Het was maar een korte reis, maar ik vond het heerlijk om elke middag op de ligstoelen bij het zwembad te liggen. Zo ontspannend!
De airconditioning zorgde ervoor dat alles aangenaam koel bleef.
Al met al is het een solide keuze voor remote werk. Het internet was betrouwbaar, en de keuken had alle essentials die ik nodig had om te koken tijdens mijn verblijf. Het infinity zwembad was ook een leuke bonus.
Wat een pareltje! Het landschap is prachtig en alles voelt luxe aan, zonder overdreven te zijn.
Ik werd elke dag wakker met uitzicht op de bergen. Ik bracht tijd door op de nabijgelegen stranden, die prachtig waren, en het was heerlijk om na een dag te ontspannen bij het zoutwaterzwembad. Het stadje Artà heeft ook leuke winkeltjes!
De kamers waren comfortabel en goed uitgerust, de airconditioning was een groot pluspunt, vooral tijdens de warme dagen,
Het infinity-zwembad was een verfrissende ontsnapping. We waardeerden de privacy die het omheinde terrein bood en de afwezigheid van directe buren.
De keuken was goed uitgerust, we vonden het leuk om samen te koken en dankzij de gasoven konden we gemakkelijk onze favoriete gerechten bereiden.
De nabijheid van het strand was voor ons een groot pluspunt, we vonden het heerlijk om onze dagen aan zee door te brengen,
De wasfaciliteiten waren een fijne toevoeging. Het was geweldig om een wasmachine en droger op het terrein te hebben.
De eigen badkamer op de eerste verdieping was een leuke extra, het maakte het klaarmaken in de ochtend zoveel gemakkelijker,
