The exteriors are very beautiful, it has a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 x 2.2 m, large garden areas, a fully equipped terrace, a furnished porch, a barbecue, and a tennis court equipped with two rackets and a ball.

The 250 m2 house distributed over two floors has four bedrooms, three on the ground floor, two with a double bed, one of them with air conditioning, and one with a trundle bed for 2 people; and one on the 1st floor with a double bed and equipped with air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are three bathrooms that serve the entire house, one has a shower and a bathtub, both with hydromassage, while the other two have a shower. The living room-kitchen mixes rustic and modern elements, and has 1 sofa, TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room has 1 table with chairs. The kitchen, in the same space and induction, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 electric radiators.

Marratxà is a town located very close to Palma. Palma is a very beautiful and very welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international businesses. For shopping lovers you will be able to enjoy different shopping centers and a large multitude of stores. There is a wide variety of entertainment both at night and during the day. During the day you can walk through the beautiful central streets of the city, visit “La Seu” (Palma's most important cathedral) with magnificent views of the sea, stroll along the promenade, ride a galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the “Castell de Bellver”, etc. And at night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby towns such as Esporles, Valldemossa, among others. On the outskirts of the city there are different water parks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you cannot miss a visit to Palma Aquarium.

If the garbage is not removed upon departure, EUR 100 will be deducted from the deposit. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
