The facilities of the urbanization with sea views could not be more complete. To the refreshing salt pool of 40x30 meters and a depth of 2 meters are added a soccer field, several tennis courts and a basketball field where you can exercise after a wonderful day enjoying the sea and the waves. Once at the accommodation, you can enjoy your lunches and dinners al fresco on the well-kept terrace, from where you can also admire the sea in the distance.
The duplex is located on the first floor and consists of two levels. On the lower level you will find the fantastic living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart TV, the independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, fully equipped and two bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. The floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. On the upper level we have the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and the last bedroom with a trundle bed. They also have the third bathroom with a bathtub on this level. In the house you will find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
The property is located just 400 meters from Real Zaragoza beach, a quiet and family-friendly beach with shallow waters and some beach bars. In the area, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is located in a wonderful family urbanization where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation.
The swimming pool is open from June to September from 11am to 9pm. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De hele omgeving en de kamers zijn zeer comfortabel.
De plek was ongelooflijk schoon en ruim, perfect voor een gezin van 4 met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners. Het was volledig voorzien van airconditioning en ideaal gelegen dicht bij het strand en de winkels.
De faciliteiten zijn zeer schoon, het appartement is ruim en goed uitgerust
De accommodatie was goed georganiseerd, Met voldoende keukengerei, nieuwe lakens, badkamer en keuken in goede staat, De sportfaciliteiten waren in perfecte staat en de beachclub was vlakbij
Geweldige plek met groot zwembad, het was een vredige en rustige plek zonder lawaai,
Prachtige plek met een soort zeezicht, Het is rustig op het complex, We hadden weinig tot geen last van de weg, Er zijn twee terrassen, waarvan één schaduwrijk, Er zijn goede tennis- en padelbanen en een prima zwembad, Let op de openingstijden, We hadden geluk dat er een paar dagen een badmeester was die het zwembad opende, maar normaal gesproken gaat het pas open na 1 juni, Het strand was ook erg rustig toen wij er waren, wat we erg prettig vonden,
