On the terrace of this cozy two-story house you are sure to have a great time with your companions. You can enjoy a good breakfast outdoors or a delicious barbecue, whenever you want, after taking a dip in the salt pool. The pool has dimensions of 5.50m x 3.60m and a depth that ranges between 1.55m and 1.70m. When you go out, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a drink in the sun on the terrace that you can access via the outside stairs.

Distributed over two floors, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a living room equipped with Smart TV and satellite TV so you can enjoy your favorite programs and feel at home. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and has direct access to the terrace and pool. They will be able to prepare delicious dishes in the ceramic hob kitchen as they have all the utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with a shower. Via a staircase you will access the upper floor, where there are two other bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. All rooms have AC and if you travel with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The property is located in Sa Pobla, which is perfect for taking a walk through the town as it is close to bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, on Sundays the traditional market of fresh and local fruits and vegetables and many other artisan products is held. The property has a parking space, but if you wish, just 700 meters away you have a bus or train stop to get to nearby towns or reach the capital of the island. If you want to enjoy the beach, just 10 minutes by car you can go to the beaches in the north of the island. If you like golf, Golf Pollença is 15 minutes away by car. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 23 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
