This house is perfect to rest and disconnect from the madding crowd. On the patio you can enjoy a great Mediterranean breakfast or gaze at the stars at night. The property is located within the town and there are direct neighbors.
The single storey house has been renovated in a modern style but retains some traditional details. From the backyard you have direct access to the modern kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you will find the living room with AC where you can relax watching satellite TV. To rest, the house offers 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and AC, and one with just a bed. The window in one of the double bedrooms faces the living room and the single bedroom does not have a window. The house also has two bathrooms with showers, one with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Finally, there is a cot and a high chair available.
Son Carrió is a small district belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in the Levante region of Mallorca. In the town you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is the emblematic Portocristo beach, 12 km away, with crystal clear waters and perfect for families. If you like golf, the closest is Son Servera, located 12 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
